The Farlows Moorland Loden Shooting vest is a very practical and very stylish part of your shooting attire for early season shoot days when a coat is not required, or even as a warm layer to wear under a fieldcoat in the colder months. Made from the finest 100% Austrian Loden, consisting of a blend of Merino wool and Alpaca to give it a soft and luxurious feel, whilst also maintaining a very practical and hard-wearing working side to the fabric.
With a hard finish to the fabric, Loden has a great ability to shed water. It also uses Alcantara, a man-made suede, on the shoulder patches and cartridge pocket entry piping, as these are high wear areas. Weighing in at 540g/m2 and along with a directional hard-pressed finish to the fabric, our Green Loden is highly durable and has a great ability to shed water.
