Super-Lightweight Design

All walkers in the Uniscan range are made to be as light as possible while still remaining sturdy but the Uniscan Freeway is one of the lightest, weighing only 5.8kg. 

Manual Lever Brakes  

This model of the Freeway Walker is built with manual lever brakes that can be squeezed like bicycle to slow down while walking like and features a lock function that acts as a parking brake. 

If you would prefer an automatic brake, the Freeway is also available with safety pressure-activated brakes, which can be ideal for those with limited strength. 

Narrow Build For Manoeuvrability

The Freeway 4-Wheel Walker is only 25 inches (63.5cm) wide, making it one of the most narrow Uniscan standard models. This makes it easier to manoeuvre and able to fit through most standard doors.

Take a Rest Anytime on the Built-In Seat

For someone with limited mobility, it can be a bit daunting starting a walk without knowing when you will get to sit down. This is not a problem with a Uniscan walker as every model in the range has an in-built comfortable seat. If you are using the walker and want to sit down, simply turn around and step back into the seat. The seat also folds away for convenient storage.

Includes Walking Stick Holder and Handy Caddy

Despite its minimalist, lightweight design, the Freeway Rollator still includes an attached walking stick holder and a under seat caddy with a cover that clip over. This makes it deal for trips to the shop.

Automatic Locking System 

All Uniscan waking frames have an in-built automatic locking system controlled by an easily identifiable red lever on the side. This is particularly useful for lifting or storing the walker.
